Had an issue with my order first me not receiving any confirmation email and secondly my order was randomly cancelled there customer service was nothing but helpful making sure that if I reordered they gave me a discount code for the mishap they’ve been in contact since I’ve reordered and letting me know that my order is getting by far some of the best customer service I’ve ever received especially when there not in the UK

I wish more companies were like Displate. One of my plates got damaged due to shipping to the point where the plate was badly scratch, straight to the metal. I saw that they did returns for up to 100 days, but wasn't expecting them to help me out, since it wasn't their fault. But no, I contacted the support group, next day they responded asking for pictures and then saying they would send me a new one, free of charge. I wasn't expecting this, at ALL. I will definitely be ordering more from these guys.

Excellent quality and variety. Unusual product, great gift idea. Delivery was fast and well packaged. I couldn't fault any aspect of my shopping experience and am planning future purchases.
